Fine control from farming to the table

Overview

Based on the principle of serving customers in good faith, RSF sets detailed factory scoring standards to inspect factories on-site. While ensuring products comply with the Chinese Food Safety Law, we also implanted the Japanese quality management system in the factory to conduct full-process control to provide customers with safe and high-quality products.

Strict Selection

RSF conducts pre-review of the factory’s international qualifications, background, and quality management system, and combines product characteristics to inspect and review the supplier’s feed mills, hatcheries, breeding farms, and food processing plants. Factories fail to meet the standards will cancel their supply qualifications to ensure stability and safety of product source.

According to the customer's satisfaction and factory cooperation ability, factory grades are scored. According to the scoring system, three grades are divided: one-star factory, three-star factory and five-star factory.

By the end of November 2021, RSF has more than forty partners in India. Star-grade partners have passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification, ISO22000 food safety management system, HACCP system certification, BRC (British Retail Food Merchant) certification, ASC (Managed Aquaculture Producer) certification. So products can have access to enter the global food market.

Control

Before Production:Based on understandings of customer quality requirement, using CCP management tools to clarify management standards and key points to require the factory to sign quality assurance certificate.

During Production:Assigning on-site personnel to confirm and inspect according to the product process standards and CCP important control points, and feedback real-time production situation to ensure no loopholes during the production process.

After Production::On-site personnel will conduct random sampling from the finished products in the warehouse to inspect the quality of the products and send them to authorities for testing.

Delivery:Tracing all the way to ensure safe delivery.

Anti-Epidemic

From the beginning of 2020, epidemics appeared in China and around the world. With years of experience in the food industry, RSF quickly issued requirements to Indian suppliers to strengthen disinfection and sanitation management in response to coronavirus. All partners have adopted strict protective measures. In addition to daily cleaning and disinfection of the workshop, packaging boxes and containers are disinfected before shipment to prevent external pollution.

As the epidemic spreading, we shared domestic anti-epidemic methods with factories, requiring them to adopt more strict prevention methods. Conducting unified management of the factory area, reduce people flow, and further strengthen disinfection of employees, spray disinfectant to vehicles and etc.

We follow the real-time epidemic situation in India and watch for the data released by customs and stop purchasing from factories in the affected areas immediately.
All products are imported strictly followed national anti-epidemic policy. After arriving ports all goods are double-checked and disinfected by Chinese customs and government-supervised warehouses. RSF is working hard to guard the door of food safety.
